The pathways to freedom through meditation are simple. There are basically two parts to this process. Here lies the biggest danger because they are so simple. The world around us demands complexity and sophistication. Each of the meditation techniques have to be completed only once, for
21 days,
and then it is done!
Part 1: Fertile Ground for Fertile Thoughts to Germinate
The idea is to firstly awaken a particular aspect of your consciousness. This is primarily achieved by preparing yourself like a farmer prepares a fertile field before the planting season.
By following a specific meditation process you learn to relax, to truly relax, perhaps far more than you have ever done before. Your relaxed state then becomes fertile ground. A seed pod cannot germinate and grow elegantly on top of hard ground. Once the ground has been prepared it becomes very easy to awaken this seedpod of consciousness in the fertile soil.
Part 2: Integration Pathways to Freedom
The second step is to integrate this awakened consciousness with your every day objective self. Not to create a dictatorship. Not for you to be ruled by some strange higher aspect of you... but a
PARTNERSHIP.
The steps of awakening this particular aspect of your consciousness and integrating this awakened consciousness in your daily life are both aspects of the meditative process.
Pathways to Freedom and Higher Consciousness
As you can see, the above ideas have very little semblance to
traditional types of meditation techniques.
The main difference is that your higher consciousness is not kept in a separate
thought bubble.
You can integrate your higher consciousness into your everyday life and still live your life,
busy or not!
