There is a simple meditation exercise that we often do on workshops where everyone holds an unlit candle. You light one candle and then pass the flame from candle to candle. Your light has not diminished by sharing the light, it is enhanced. In a similar way as you meditate or perform meditation you share the light.

The first step to changing your thinking into a more positive light and consequently raising your vibration, is by becoming aware of what thoughts are actually passing through your mind. To do this requires a certain level of presence, the ability to be present in the moment, and a clear, calm mind.
