Two Easy Meditation Techniques

You will gain the maximum benefit from our free online learning by going through the relaxation and meditation process and steps on your own behalf. Each process is very simple, but the simple steps are important. By going through the process you will be equipping your Self.


The Relaxation Process:
20 – 60 Minutes

The first of the two main meditation techniques may be called a relaxation meditation. When you go through the process you will have to spend a minimum of 20 minutes, but not more than an hour, practicing a relaxation exercise. Notice the importance of a minimum of 20 minutes but not more than an hour. We will elaborate in a moment.


The Meditation Process:
10 – 30 Minutes

Secondly, you will have to spend a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of half an hour practicing what we will call an observer meditation exercise. Your investment of this minimum of half an hour a day of your own time, 21 days without a break, will create your foundation. Remember that you are going to be learning to perform the relaxation and meditation techniques.

Do the Best You Can

When you have completed the 21 days, that’s when it starts for you. For the next 21 days you continue to spend this minimum of 30 minutes and the maximum of 90 minutes going through the process. And this is all the quality time you will set aside.

The idea is not to say: “Oh no, oh my God! I have to do the exercise…” feeling pressured and stressed… “I’ve got to do it, so I am going to sit and relax, relax, relax…” No, do invest quality time. Do mean it to do it. Do it the best you can.



Mystic Quest to Know Thyself

The biggest mistake you can make is to say: “Yes, I know that!” There are subtle differences that make all the difference. Do not let the simplicity fool you. This is the real thing: A mystic quest of self actualisation to Know Thy Self.

Meditate On It


We are not asking you to do it any better than you can. Once again, it is only required to do the best you can. The idea is to give as much quality as you are capable of, to the time you invest. Do this half an hour a day for the duration of the 21 days and then for another 3 weeks.

Let's say, you go through the process and you do your exercise for 20 days. If you forget or you skip the last day, then the next day is day one. You are back to square zero. That’s the catch! If you are to gain the most from this free online learning program you do it for 21 days. It’s up to you, because we can’t do it for you.
