Easy Meditation Techniques
How to Meditate and Manage Time

With the kind of meditation technique we are going to do, we found by experimenting, that 10 minutes of meditating is the minimum you’ll need. And half an hour is the maximum. After that it becomes counterproductive. And for the relaxation, if you do it properly, 20 minutes is enough.

You may want an extra little bit or you may need an extra little bit. In this case you can go up to an hour of the relaxation meditation. When we guide you through the relaxation meditation, it will be about 30 to 40 minutes. This prepares you for the techniqueless technique... If you use the free guided meditations audio download, you’ll have more than your 30 minutes worth of relaxation meditation to guide you through.

If you do it at your own pace, 20 minutes is plenty for your relaxation and 10 minutes for your meditation. The ceiling that we put on the time is important. Do not spend more than 30 minutes meditating, or more than 1 hour relaxing with the relaxation meditation in a 24 hour period per day.
