Meditation can lead to a new dimension of wellness. Many of the wellness programs in the world are beneficial, but something is missing. Our experience is that most self empowerment journeys stutter, start and stop, with many hiccups along the way.
The Outcome of Wellness Programs
The various
Adventure Learning Teachers
have studied business management, financial intelligence, psychology, drama, law, graphic design, branding, music and martial arts. They have all offered wellness programs, self empowerment seminars, courses and workshops in their various fields. They have all had similar stories to tell about the outcomes experienced by their students.
The students had experienced an incredible amount of well-being, be it emotional or physical wellness, mental wellness and spiritual wellness. They expressed their new inspirational thoughts and how positive they felt immediately after the course or workshop was completed. Some had gone through an incredible amount of stress management and
released a lot of their stress
by discovering new motivation, ideas, knowledge and techniques in their various fields.
Back at Square One
Most of the students left the seminars with hope and enthusiasm. In the majority of cases, these same people found themselves back at square one a few months later. Sometimes they would come back to repeat the seminars.
They were supposed to apply certain techniques themselves, but they didn’t know how to. And the effect was wearing out. This appears to be a worldwide outcome trend for most empowerment processes. There is that high immediately after the process but then it dissipates and fades away. What was missing? It has something to do with creating the space for Divine intervention.
